- Drill Frame: Electric structural steel frame with stringers and reinforced cross members, drill pipe slip holders located on the drill frame, including sliding base and controls for retractable rotary table. One tool box located on drill frame.
- Drawworks: #107F505 double drum hoist, each drum has 8 3/4” spool length and 6” width brake bands mounted on a single drum shaft with individual air operated clutches controlled by individual valves and individual brake controls.
- Sub-Drive Case: Multiple roller chains enclosed in a heavy duty oil-tight case, splash lubricated, ball bearings throughout.
- Chain Pulldown: Two 1 1/2” single roller chains driven by 2-speed transmission, constant pressure oil pump and one hydraulic fluid motor of high torque capacity.
- Rotary Table: 5 5/16” heavy duty oil bath with Timken bearings, hydraulically retractable. Twin cylinder retract.
- Rotary Table Transmission: Heavy duty 4-speed, single plate 12” rotary clutch ahead of transmission, remote controlled from driller’s station.
- Mast: Heavy duty 35’ tubular steel, one piece mast designed to obtain a maximum working clearance to 13 3/8” OD. Gross capacity 40,000 lbs. Two deadline anchors in crown raised and lowered by one hydraulic mast cylinder with chrome plated piston rod. ( Designed to use a 23’ 6” Kelly ). The deep design mast.
- Mud Pump: Failing Model FM-45, 5” x 6 1/2” duplex, reciprocating pump equipped with gravel valves, air clutch drive arrangement and controls. Including F-942 liner puller, F-908 valve seat puller and D-1440-B set wrench. Suction line to run below drill frame.
- Air Compressor: LeRoi Model 50-S2 two-stage, including drives, piping, air receiver tank and shear relief valve installed. Maximum rated performance at 1200 RPM, 125 PSI, displacement 360 CFM, net delivery 300 CFM, 85 HP. Actual performance will vary depending on speed and horsepower available.
- Hyraulic Leveling Jacks: Quantity three; two rear jacks, one front ( behind front bumper ). Jacks controlled by spool valves.
- Remote Control Panel: #146F682.
- Mud Pump Guage: Cameron type.
- Back-up Tong: 109F885 BJ pivot mounted with XBJ-30151 jaw ( 3” to 4 1/8” ).
